Privacy Policy

Zhuhai Pantum Electronics Co., Ltd. and its worldwide subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as “Pantum”, “WE”, and “OUR”) understand the importance of your privacy and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will inform you through the Privacy Policy (“the Policy”) of how the Software collects and processes your personal data and information. Please note that the Policy applies to all information and data (including personal information) submitted to or collected and processed by the Software. ”Personal information” refers to the information that can be used to identify or describe an individual.
Please do not continue to use the Software until you understand and agree to the Policy. Please note that the Policy is an attachment to the End User License Agreement. Consent to the End User License Agreement indicates your agreement to the Policy and the Policy will therefore come into effect. If you do not agree to the Policy, please do not agree to the End User License Agreement.

1. Collection and Procession of Personal Information
1.1 When providing services to you, the Software/WE may collect, process or/and store your personal information or/and the personal information of any natural person that you have the right to dispose legally (hereinafter referred to as "Your Personal Information").
1.2 The Software/WE will only collect Your Personal Information which is required for providing services to you. 
1.3 The Software/WE may use and process Your Personal Information for the purpose of providing services to you.
1.4 If you do not provide aforesaid required information, it may prevent your use of or affect your normal use of the services of the Software.

2. Information Disclosure
2.1 For the purpose of WE providing the services you need, you agree that WE may disclose Your Personal Information to the following entities:
● Pantum’s Affiliates;
● Authorized service providers of Pantum;
● Other parties in connection with corporate transactions. WE may disclose your information to any third party as part of a merger or transfer.

2.2 You agree that WE may disclose Your Personal Information in the following conditions:
● to comply with the law or respond to compulsory legal process (such as a search warrant or other court orders);
● to protect the legitimate rights and interests, or safety of Pantum, Pantum’s Affiliates, Pantum’s business partners, Pantum’s authorized service providers or Pantum’s customers. This article may be invalid in some countries (regions) or jurisdictions, so this article may not be applicable to you;
● to share Your Personal Information with a third party with your consent or according to your request.

2.3 Information that WE collect may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which WE operate, in order to enable us to use the information in accordance with the Policy. You expressly agree to such transfers of Your Personal Information.

3. Your Choice
Pantum may provide you the opportunity to choose whether Your Personal Information is to be used for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by you.

4. Protection of Your Information
To protect against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or alteration of Your Personal Information, Pantum utilizes reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures to safeguard the information that WE collect and process. However, please note that although WE take reasonable steps to protect your information, no website, Internet transmission, computer system or wireless connection is completely secure. 

5. Children’s Privacy
Pantum does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 (or equivalent minimum age in relevant jurisdictions) and the Software do not target children under 13 (or equivalent minimum age in relevant jurisdictions).

7. Miscellaneous 
Should any term of the Policy, for any reason, be held to be illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining terms of the Policy shall continue in full force and effect, and the illegal or unenforceable term shall be limited or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. The Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of People’s Republic of China, without application of conflict of law principles.
